Professional and efficient
Poor experience on two separate occasions. 1) Brought my 4 year old for stitches on the lip at 10:15 am on a Monday - the wait was insane with no one in the waiting room ( over 25 minutes). Got seen by a NP. It took her a few minutes to realize she didn’t have enough practice stitching something this complicated. We went to Emergency room in Kernersville. 2) Came back a week later to get the stitches removed. Got seen by Kelly Flynt, Office Manager. Kelly Flynt, NP has always been someone I could count on. She has taken care of several times throughout the 16 years I have known her from HP regional. There was never a question that I would drive the almost 40 minutes to see her. Kelly always has your best interest at heart and will do everything in her power to make you better. ❤️❤️❤️

The N.P. was so friendly as caring. The facility is clean and runs very smoothly. This was a nice surprise when I couldn’t get an appointment with my primary care doctor and didn’t want to make an E.R. visit. I highly recommend Carolina Priority Care.
