Quick and easy sign up online. Great promo when I signed up.
I only give it a 3 bc there was no one in the office (4 pm) and the number on the door is not the right number…which was annoying considering I couldn’t find the entrance which was like on the opposite side from where the office is. Also my gate code doesn’t work so I had to call for an emergency one, which could just be a problem with the gate that day. It was a little cob webby but other than that it’s a normal storage space and good customer service.
this place sucks
I didn't get a chance to use the storage facility because it was for my step daughter in North Carolina for college storage. I'm here in New York. Her mother had trouble inputting the gate code. She went to another facility. The staff was very kind and helpful.
