WARNING:!!Called them and the guy said f**ck among other things was calling to ask something and he goes on to accuse me of being on drugs .. for asking a question , obviously they have problems and to what I’ve seen on here are definitely crap service I wouldn’t go here to save my life .. after purchasing for tires for my daughter's car one tire goes flat the next morning we bring the car back only to be told we can't find anything wrong but we have another tire at our house come back tomorrow and we'll replace it then one week later the back tire goes flat easy to take it back be told it would be an hour to wait actually waited two hours while they took everyone in front of us to be told we can't find a problem with the tire we also asked to have two tires with the matching tread put on the front of the car ... read more
worst experience ive ever had!!! they sell bad tires and will waist hours of your time and not even replace it instead they act like they check it and don't actually check it!! i don't understand how they are still in business spend your money elsewhere!!!
Waited about 3 hours and he couldn’t even get one of my tires off to change it. So I had to go to another tire place for them to get it off & put on the tire the guy gave me & they said the tire the guy gave me was not good at all and the tire the guy did put on is not good at all too. Waste of my money & time! Also, I had to go drive to a ATM because he only would take cash & he told me he would reimburse me for the ATM fee & he did not.
Carolina Premier Tire went above and beyond the call of duty to assist my teenage daughter That was stranded on the side of the road. I would recommend them to everybody. Thanks again for all your help. Laura Davidson
I had an experience this week with Carolina Premier Tire. I was attempting to help a friend who needed help. I explained the situation to the owner. This man went above and beyond to help this family, staying extra hours and going out of his way to help. It is extremely gratifying to deal with a business and a businessman who puts helping others rather than seeing how much money he can get out of you.
