Our experience with the draftsman was a good one, he drew up our design quickly and worked with us on minor changes. The experience with the actual builder was nothing short of horrific. The “builder” was never on site, the plumbers put nearly every drain in the wrong location, multiple roof leaks of which I am still dealing with. Zero onsite coordination of any kind, cut corners, poor craftsmanship and lies is what we received. Use the blueprint side as you need, when it comes to the attached builder, Run!!

This place looked legit up front. I was able to chat with someone until I bought one of their plans then, I was ghosted🤬. These people are SCAMMERS, they will just take your $2000 and NOT communicate any further. DO NOT make the same mistake I did.
