The quality of the guards at the elks pool has declined steadily. Yesterday for a majority of the evening, there were no life guards on the stand or in position to do their job. The two or three that were working sat near the entrance with their backs to the pool. Some other members and I raised our concerns with an officer at the lodge. This has not been the first time I witnessed this at the pool this week.
I will continue to share my positive thoughts about "Carolina Pool Management". It is the kind people who work hard to make it the best company of it's kind. I enjoyed their camaraderie during my interview process. And now I am lucky and happy to be a part of that camaraderie. My personal staff seem so kind and respectful. I'm looking forward to meeting them all face to face. This will be another safe, eventful, and fun summer.
