My experience at this Podiatry Group was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. The doctor answered questions and provided the information and treatment plan I needed.
Always attentive and efficient
Had a hiccup at first—On my way to the appointment, I received a call notifying me that the machine I needed for my procedure wasn’t there. But ENTER KAYLA, the front desk receptionist and a total gem. She didn’t just apologize—she took action. Kayla went above and beyond to have the machine delivered just in time for my appointment and handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and urgency. From the very pleasant and welcoming receptionist, to the support staff and Dr. Rigby my visit was a very positive experience. Dr Rigby was patient and kind and definitely knowledgeable.
