I have been seeing them for about 2 years and the doctor is great! The doctor and his staff are really nice and I don't have issues. I'd recommend them!
Carolina Podiatry in Camden is horrible to put it nicely. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get a cott of my records from them. They never answer the phone. You leave a message and more than likely they aren't going to return your call. Out of 5 calls, I've received 1 return call. Still no records though. They have the worst customer service of any doctor's office I have dealt with. If you want service, I suggest looking elsewhere. I called this morning to make an appointment. After dialing1 For the receptionist, someone answered and hung up on me. I called right back twice and it rang with no answer. Sending me back to the main menu. I am a diabetic with a foot ulcer and I’m trying to get an appointment with a podiatrist. This behavior is very unacceptable. I spent many years as a receptionist and administrative assistant. This is a total lack of disregard and professionalism. I will not call back again. I will never give them a good recommendation.
Love this office. Easy to get in and out and the doctor and staff was so patient with my very fearful 11 year old who had severe ingrown toenails. She had a partial removal and then a full removal and was TERRIFIED to have anything done. After the procedures, she is no longer scared and ok with all the needles because everything went so smoothly and the doctor was so kind and took time and explained everything. Would highly recommend! Scheduling and the front staff are great as well.
