Dr. Fernando is professional, capable, and caring. He takes time with each patient to actually listen to their needs. He is board certified in addiction medicine and internal medicine. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. It is relatively easy to get an appointment and the office runs on time. The waiting area is comfortable and impeccably clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Fernando / Carolinas Physician Group. They truly care about the welfare of their patients and go above and beyond to show it.

The injection of dermal fillers made a remarkable difference in my facial appearance. His artistic knowledge of portrait photography is an added advantage to make the outcome more natural.

I have been going to see Dr. Jay for over two years and can’t say enough about his care. From entering his office and working with his kind assistant, to the cleanliness and order of his treatment room, all the way to the check out process – his office and professionalism is second to none. As for the care he provides I truly appreciated his approach of treating me as a whole, with attention to details.
