I needed to review some activity in my retail store. Because I did not learn of the need immediately, the video was about to expire. When I called the company their staff was booked a few days out. The company rearranged their schedule and someone was at my store within an hour or two to assist with retrieving the needed video. In addition. everyone with whom I have spoken has been professional and nice!

Stay clear of here especially as an employee. The manager Eric lies to customers and workers with no care. He does not communicate at all with his peers and will put the blame on anyone but himself.

Setting up the appointment with Eric to address false alarms was easy. When it became necessary for me to reschedule the original appointment, it was painless. The serviceman Sean showed up on time. He had great way with the customer (me) explaining all he was doing as he worked. Sean changed the switches I requested. He also troubleshot the system and identified a defective switch which he replaced. I am very pleased with the servicing of my home alarm system by Carolina Phone & Alarms.
