Dr Baxter and her staff are awesome . I had an extraction for a fractured tooth, removal of bacteria infection , bone graft, and a temporary replacement. I had no pain during the procedure and 24 hrs later still no pain.
I highly recommend Dr. Baxter at Carolina Periodontics & Dental Implants. She’s very compassionate, kind, & knowledgeable . I’m in the process of getting a dental implant. My extraction & bone graft went very well.
Dr Baxter is so kind and great at her job. Her support staff are also friendly as well. They made my dental procedure experience not as scary and comfortable - shoutout to the music + massage chairs. Dr Baxter even texted me the night after my procedure to check on me - you don’t get personalization like that anywhere! Thank you!

Dr. Baxter and her staff treat you like family. Everyone is kind, caring, and compassionate. I would highly recommend her and her staff to anyone who may be in need of oral surgery/periodontics. Dr. Baxter is also very gentle with oral injections, which if you’re like me, is anxiety reducing.
