We’ve decided to switch providers for several reasons. Unfortunately, the front desk staff has been consistently rude, and I no longer feel confident in the competency of the medical team.

Dr Engstrom SAVED our mental health. 10/10. My husband and I are brand new parents on day two and just want to do everything right and keep baby safe and happy and healthy. This was our first peds doctor visit. I walked in sleep deprived with so many questions and left feeling 100lbs lighter like I could fly. So so so impressed and grateful. She spent so much personalized time with us and we learned so much! Great energy. Can’t say enough good things. We are switching practitioners for a variety of reasons. Most notably, I do not feel confident in the knowledge or approach of the medical staff. They almost seem to be reading off a script and regurgitating the same spiel for every patient. Every child is unique, and medical care should reflect that. Additionally, the front office staff consistently came across as cold and unwelcoming. This is especially disappointing given that this is a pediatric office.
