Dr Yvonne Monroe misdiagnosed and wrongly medicated me for four years, resulting in significant physical, neurological and other issues that it has taken years to recover from. She has been reported to the BBB. If Dr Monroe and Mind Path do not resolve that complaint to my satisfaction, I will also be reporting her to the State Board.

Before Mindpath took over and this was Carolina partners, the care was much better and the practitioners more experienced and compassionate. When they slowly started to trickle out, they were replaced by doctors who only work remote, and mid-level Practitioners who were smarmy. What used to be a great asset turned into a garbage fire. The way some of their mental health professionals spoke to my husband makes me sick. My husband was able to get his Esketamine treatment for 2 years, but when they decided it was not lucrative ... read more

Everything started out great...I was having good contact with my provider and making progress. However, we tried to connect on a call and had technological difficulties. Most of which were not on my side. After a short period I dropped from the call as we couldn't get anything to work. There was no follow-up, no call for another appointment, just a bill in the mail for a missed appointment that wasn't missed. They don't care about anyone's mental health, all they care about is money. They're in this to make money, not to hel... read more

Don’t go here. I was told over a year ago when I first started seeing my provider that I was in network and shouldn’t have a copay. Now over a year later I received a bill for over $900 due to all my visits the past year. I was not informed at any time by my provider that there was a balance. The online account page does not show there is any balance. I’m just expected to have this much money even though I was told I wouldn’t owe. Absolutely ridiculous. Find assistance from literally anywhere other than here.

Got charged $400+ for a telehealth call made without my knowledge when I told the psychologist that I did not have private insurance to cover it and I needed to cease the call. He told me he would comp the session and refilled my prescription. Haven’t talked to him since but continue to get a bill for that session. Can’t get anyone on the phone for months, can’t get an email through to them. Serious unprofessionalism. Do not use this company. Stay safe y’all
