Every visit is with Mrs.Solak feels comfortable, all answers to my questions are addressed. I leave feeling like I was Heard and questions answered, and Problems solved. I like both Locations feeling welcome means alot.
Brookie has always taken good care of me from day 1 !! She listens to me and truly cares! The staff here are all friendly and helpful from the front desk to the nurses and Dr. Shrimanker is great too!
Absolutely love the Jennifer/PA, Dr. Chen has been phenomenal during procedures. Front desk staff always kind. I'm only giving a 3star because of the extremely rude office manager. I was in recovery after an intense procedure & felt off even after eating a small pack of crackers the nurse gave me. I stood up & got a 2nd pack of crackers and was immediately confronted by a woman yelling at me that "you can't do that". I replied that I felt like I needed more crackers & she just continued to yell "you can't do that". After the... read more
