This place is a joke the drug test for tobacco and alcohol for starters and he literally said I could understand if your leg had been blown off in the army because you have back pain you don't qualify for his help I can go on for 3 Days on how he's the biggest POS I've ever met if I can help this one person stay away from this crazy man's place then I served my purpose

The place has gotten much better. They used to have seriously bad customer service and the only reason people went to the practice was because the PAs and NPs and the back office staff was good. However, they have made major changes and the new staff is really nice. They return phone calls and our messages on the portal to the clinicians have been returned. The place even looks cleaner and much more organized. They are really listening to us.

Dr. Arronoff is absolutely horrible to ALL of his patients! I wasn't listened to, he spoke to his tape recorder & looked at his computer & barely took the time to look at me. He was rude, arrogant, & I waited an hour or more at each visit. He has the absolute WORST STAFF I've ever seen in my life! They are rude, disrespectful, lie about appt. times & you have to prove that you're not lying! Keep your appt cards! The office is dirty & very unprofessional. "THIS MAN IS THE RUDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ACTING DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF ENCOUNTERING. NOT ONLY TO ME BUT ALSO MY TWO YEAR OLD SON. THIS MAN IS A QUACK. HE DOESN'T LISTEN WHEN YOU SPEAK THEN SAYS YOUR APPT HAVE CONFLICTING INFO BUT REALLY ITS BC HE HAS SELECTIVE HEARING. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY BY A DOCTOR. I have been a patient of Dr Aronoff for many years. He is an excellent pain mgmt doctor!! I truly do not think I would still be living if not for Dr Aronoff and his staff (especially Kori) They have given me the ability to live a nearly normal life even though I suffer episodes of excruciating pain daily. A Big Thanks to these wonderful people and experts in their field!!!!

First, it took about 8 calls back and forth to your facility to get a referral form faxed to my OBGYN office. After finally getting that done, the next available appointment was 2 months out. Since your office is in network with my insurance I decided to take to appt. My appt was scheduled for 10-15-2015 at 9 am, 2 days prior to my appt. I totally agree with the complaint above!!!!!! Dr. Hoffert is very rude and doesn't care if he helps or hurts you.....as long as he gets his money!!!! He is very rude and has no bedside manners at all. The only way I will go back is to see the other doctor. I was another one who left in a crying mess! As said before he puts his pants on the same way as the rest of us and I believe they made a mistake by letting him in the practicing office!!!!!
