Extremely pleased with the house I bought here a year ago.: -At closing, the Construction manager was very thorough especially about maintenance procedures for the house and property. -The house is high quality throughout especially if I compare it to previous homes, and seems to be energy efficient. -Just completed their "Built to Last " 1 year warrantee check, done very thoroughly and even touched up the paint job of the whole house inside! -The property is beautiful with respect to lots of nature conservation all over and... read more
Originally I did not want to go through the process of building a new home. however, Del Webb made it easy and exciting, We are looking forward to use all of the amenities.
Some difficulty understanding some of Pulte’s selection process but very pleased with the house and the neighborhood. Great neighbors.
