Stop building and wrecking my backyard
Celebrating my first year living at Dell Webb Carolina Overlook. My neighbors are awesome and they have become family to me. I love living here it’s quiet and beautiful. Always something to do at the awesome community center.
We are very satisfied with the high quality of our home, and we love the town of Clayton, but the real star of our story is the wonderful community that has formed in our new development. We have made so many new friends and been involved with so many great activities that we couldn’t be happier in our retirement.
We just celebrated our first year of living in Del Webb Carolina Overlook. We are very pleased with our home -- downsizing from our previous home was initially not easy, but we are happy with our home design, the quality of construction and the countless amenities this terrific Del Webb community offers. We love the sense of community that Del Web/Pulte has built here. The quality of the house was excellent and the developer has been responsive to warranty claims and suggestions from the neighborhood for improvements.
