We had a wonderful experience with Carolina Overhead Doors! Technicians Jacob and Ryan repaired both my garage door and my mom’s garage door, and they truly went above and beyond. They were professional, knowledgeable, and so kind and sweet throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers the way they do. Ryan and Jacob came out quickly and repaired my Garage door and also checked my detached garage door and made adjustments to my detached garage to prevent future issues that I just had with my house garage door due to parts that were not up to par. The brackets and screws were very small and had nothing to hold them on the back originally. I am very thankful for these guys and Carolina Overhead Doors! Kayla was also very friendly on the phone and got the crew out here as quick as she could!
