You have a licensed associate that's been licensed for 3 years and still doesn't know how to talk and connect with kids despite working with kids, doesn't know how to change the approach when the parent tells her that direct questions related to trauma are not effective because she'll shut down, which she did. This place does outstanding work n really helped me when I was going through things emotionally and they helped me find a place to live when I had no where else to turn. They helped me with food n all n I am so grateful for my team there

The therapist was great for the one session we had, which she was late to. Unfortunately, that one session was because she had missed our actual first session and said it was a family emergency AFTER I had messaged her to ask if she was going to be late once our scheduled session time had passed. She then proceeded to not show up for the next session with no communication until, again, I asked if she was going to he late after our therapy session time had ended.
