They take your money for "intake" and then tell you they can't set you for 4 months!!! i wad ruined off a day at work and my money. Find another location if you are seeking assistance. i wad told i gad to pay almost $400 to see someone the same day. complete crooks

THEIR MEDICATION TEAM AND DOCTORS ARE HORRIBLE! CONSTANTLY MAKING MED ERRORS, NO ONE IS EVER AROUND TO FIX ANYTHING. The only person in that Dept. who has any smarts is the Med. Assistant and she does try to help fix their mistakes.. go someplace else for care..
They assist Spanish speaking families, and if they don't have someone who can help, they will refer out of their organization to assist families.
Front desk staff are horrible at their jobs. They don't check you in at time of check in which will cause you to miss your appointment. They will lie about the time you checked in even though you're required to write the time upon check in and cameras are there to see. They need training in the customer service
