Poor Public Relations We recently made an appointment here for my son, who has had problems with swelling/soreness in his knee for several months. Our appointment was at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. We live 30 miles from Jacksonville and after making the trip, which included getting around the afternoon school buses and getting caught in backed up traffic due to a wreck, we arrived 7 minutes late for our appointment, literally running in the door at 3:37.
