First - The Administrative Staff are great. Always helpful and rarely is there a long wait. This is not a review on the Admin Staff. Being fairly new to the area I have visited 3 doctors in this practice. One for my neck, which basically all they could offer were shots and medications. Next for my arm (which was related to my neck ) and pretty much was told they didn't know what it was and could care less about finding out. Was hoping to have me knee examined. I had an appointment today to see PA Hicks. No one told me over the phone when I scheduled my appointment that my Co-pay was going to be $150. I had to cancel my appointment I cannot afford this. I took off work and lost $60 just to waste my time and fill out paperwork for nothing. If your phone staff would have told me about the possible high copay I would made arrangements or not come they knew who my insurance was too.
Not a very dependable doctor Dr Blair. Get another surgeon
