I very nice staff and facility
Ortho SC has proven to be almost impossible to deal with when it comes to compliance with SC law and coordination of patient care. I went to 3 separate appointments with my Dad (who has dementia and lives in an assisted living facility 24/7) I had several conversations with staff including a pre-op appointment with the PA(Brittany), for Dr. Bohan. Not really feeling as good about these folks as I did at my old Ortho practice.
This was my second visit with Dr. Blair, and will be my last. I felt rushed and dismissed, no bed side manner. In fact, he seemed genuinely annoyed with any questions I had. I've never been to a doctor so cold and unavailable. Here's your gel shot, go home and walk. That's pretty much how it went. Staff was good and friendly. And believe me, I'm not the only one feeling this way.
