Dr. Weiss is not only skilled, but he is also kind, caring and has a wonderful bedside manner.
My second time for gel injections. Much more painful than fist one and took me two full days to be able to walk normal. Elevated legs and used Ice packs. Avoided walk as much as possible and used walker first day because of pain and fear of falling. Also found an order to stop taking my eye drops from NP with no explanation. Will have to wait til Monday to find out why and med say not to abruptly stop. Not a great experience. But achieved knee relief by 3 rd day. Not sure I will try again.
I can’t say enough about the timeliness, the professionalism and the person interaction of this team at Atrium Musculoskeletal Institute. Dr. Duffin did my right knee surgery and after 6 weeks, I am walking without a cane or walker and feel great! All of the people in this office in Pineville are helpful, and always on time. All talk with you Not AT you, which is rare in the orthopedics world now. I highly recommend them!
