I have been here twice now and the wait times are stupid. Very poor time management. My appointment was at 2:30 and it is now 3:20 and still waiting. Why does this place tell me to arrive 15 minutes early when the Dr. is almost an hour late an I’m not supposed to make a big deal about it. My time is valuable too and it is being stolen. I could have been back to work and areas of wasting my time here.

I will start with saying Dr.Phadke was wonderful. I believe our nurses name was Millie (not 100% sure, she was short, young and blonde) and she was wonderful as well. The front desk staff was okay but pretty unprofessional, I heard 'thats not my job' multiple times to very simple things that were said to them. As we were leaving we stopped and asked the front desk for a Doctors note for school and they told us to go back to the nurses station to get that. I would recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone that’s going through what I’m going through. He made me feel comfortable and explained exactly what was going on with me without me worrying

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my shoulder replaced at Gaston Memorial Hospital through Caramont Health and Carolina Orthopedics, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From intake to pre-op, anesthesiology, surgery, and recovery, every staff member was professional, kind, and attentive.
