First, multiple texts to complete forms online, I completed all. At office, given forms to complete and told I had to because “there were different questions “. Untrue, identical forms to those I had completed. I appreciated Dr. Efrid and his treatment of my knee. I have a background in Peds ortho - from MUSC to Shriners as an RN, MSN - just no experience with rickety old people knees like mine.
