My first time using Carolina Orthopaedic, the whole staff, from check-in, to the assistant getting me ready for X-ray, to the x-ray tech. was very pleasant. Meeting Dr.Efird, and him explaining what was found on the x-ray, and thoroughly explaining my options going forward. Very pleased from start to check-out.
I always feel seen and heard by Meredith. She is a compassionate care giver and offers options and solid advice on choices to be made. I have chronic back pain issues and feel she understands how discouraging that can be. She's always encouraging and ready to look for and find treatment options specific to my case. I feel included in my treatment plan, not lumped into a generalized category. Highly recommend her!
