I love these people. Dr. Cook truly wants to do the best for you. The team who support him is incredible I highly, highly recommend them.

We were referred to this office for my daughter. Customer service has been extremely poor - appt. not cancelled as I requested (we had a conflict come up), return phone call was promised but not received, then I received a text to confirm the appt. I asked to be cancelled. Called the office was thrown on hold without so much as a hello, and told I must be calling the wrong place because they have no notes that I called to cancel. Everyone at Carolina Facial Surgery were very polite, and were very tentative to my grandson when he had 3 teeth pulled. While he was in recovery and still not aware of what was going on, he was screaming & crying. The nurse that was in the room with us kept reassuring us that everything he was doing was normal. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs teeth pulled or any other surgical procedure. Thank you to the entire office!!!!!
Our son received excellent care. I could not be more pleased. The procedure was quick and painless and Dr Coleman and the rest of the staff answered all of our questions and really put us at ease. My family will be back for all our oral surgery needs. Thank you so much!!

Dr Coleman made the whole process as easy as possible even call me the afternoon after the surgery to check on me these guys are great so happy choose them to remove my 8 teeth that need to be removed
