I'm am so thankful for Dr. Adams and his staff. After suffering for a few days I called their office on Monday to schedule an appointment. My appointment was Wednesday and theyn did my surgery Thursday. I've had minimal pain because they sent me home with meds and instructions for my care.
The staff is rude and the lobby is tiny with no where to sit considering that they are running behind so its pretty full.

I was really let down by Dental Works when they canceled my apt the day before my wisdom teeth extractions. They didn't leave a voice mail so I showed up for my surgery and basically was very let down. Dental Works called Dr. Adam's and he was able to fit me in that same day as soon as I arrived I was seen. They handled my insurance and I was very pleased that they were able to do my surgery the same day. After being let down by Dental Works I realized that is was a blessing in disguise. The staff is awesome, very professional, sweet and caring. I saw Dr Adams 4 times and I don't know if all 4 times he was having a bad day or what but he was not pleasant and when I said ow during the procedure he told me to shut up or he'd stop the whole thing. I'm glad that I will not have to go back him again.
I can not thank Dr Adams and his team enough for their care for both of my children. They both recently had their wisdom teeth taken out and everyone was just amazing! My daughter had a hard time coming out of anesthesia, the staff were just so caring and loving to her and me. Thank you Carolina Oral for being just amazing!!!!
Horrible customer service. Spoke to three different ladies at the desk, got three different policies explained. They don't know what policy to follow or how to care for the patients. Stay away from this office!!!
