Professional, knowledgeable, efficient
I called and left a message for Dr. Rachima on JANUARY 15, 2021 that I need a refill for my Lisinopril, took my last one on 1/12/2021. Today is February 14 and he still has NOT called me back. Won't refill without seeing me. Won't see me unless I bring $100 cash as I'm self-pay. I'm in constant pain and can't work, no SSI, no SSDI, no UI, so no Dr and no BP Meds. But who cares? Obviously NOT Dr. Rachima. Miss Dr. Pascal!!

Derrick Bernstein was the most unprofessional, condescending person I have ever encountered. I do not even have enough respect for him after my visits to put Doctor in front of his name. The receptionist , nurses and radiology was excellent . But because of him I will never recommend this establishment. FYI Derrick the patients are the boss and experts YOU WORK FOR US! staff is excellent, trying to help in anyway they can to make you comfortable and to make sure you have what's needed during your stay.
We spent 3 hours at main campus and saw no one and then they told us there was a 5 hour minimum wait. We left and went to Clemmons hoping for better luck. Boy did we find it. The staff was AMAZING and caring! The CNA II, Rick, patients relations, Linda, nurses Karen and Patty and everyone we met made us feel important and they cared about my sister who was the patient. We will never set foot at Forsyth Medical Center’s ER again! Clemmons...y’all are doing it the way it’s supposed to be! Keep up the fantastic work!
