I cant get a representative to contact me. Billing inquiries are handled by a 3rd party overseas. Can't get a local account rep. Phone tree is a joke.

We have been working with Carolina Office Systems for several years now and have had excellent customer service. Coutney, our sales rep was very helpful and an instrumental part of the reason we renewed our Xerox equipment.

Courtney Glover was our sales representative for our Raleigh Office, and she did a great job from start to finish! She even arrived on-site to inspect the equipment to ensure there was no damage after delivery.

They used to be a really good company. Customer service has gone way down. They, like a lot of companies have outsourced everything. It’s hard to reach a human being to get help with issues. Right now i can’t get supplies for my machine and can’t get any info on when I will be able to get them. The service techs are the only part of the company that still provide great customer service. I can’t get any help from the supplies department let alone understand what they’re saying over the barking dogs in the background
