Dr. Bowen is the best! I have never before met a physician who so clearly cares about and actually listens to her patients! I adore her & my husband had the opportunity to experience her expertise first hand, today as well. When he began telling me about how wonderful the doctor he saw was, I immediately knew he was talking about Dr. Bowen. I refuse to see anyone else! She is simply spectacular! Every doctor should strive to be like Dr. Bowen!
Wow...rude office staff. – Not sure what to think yet. I'm trying to find a new primary physican but wow...their office staff is rude. I called to make a appointment and they are rude. I haven't even been yet and I would have to agree with these reviews. I heard get things about the doctors so we shall see...
New Patients Welcome - really? – I am new to the area, and have three children. I am very disappointed that this practice will not let me bring in two of my three children at the same time for their first appointment - even if it is back-to-back. Now, I have to make three separate trips to this office just for annual exams! POOR service to families!!
office staff is rude and lazy!!! – Dr. Kapadia is a great, wonderful doctor! I just wish that her office staff were more friendly and would answer the phone from time to time. I complained to the office manager but she had no intrest in any of my concerns. Trust me, you will NEVER be greated with a smile or kind voice at this office.
Worth the drive! – Providence Peds were my doctors when I was a child, and now that I have my first baby they're the only Dr's I would use! The Drs and staff there are very knowledgeable and are great about returning phone calls promptly. The nurses are great about taking the time to answer questions and help new moms, even with all those new mom panic moments! Dr's Kimberly Riley and Paul Smolen are my favorites, both of them are Dr's that I saw too so they've been practicing for a while, which is HUGE bonus to me, means th... read more
I had a bad experiance – I was coming from out of state and was looking for a new OB thought I found a good place to go went through all the trouble getting my med records sent , I spoke to a really nice lady and she really listened to me but when i called back to make my appt and when I called she yelled at me saying she had my records then when I went to make my appt she was very rude to me , because I didn't have a calender in front of me and due to me moving everything was packed and I told her I needed the first thursda... read more
Very good doctor, terrible office staff – Dr. Tam is a wonderful doctor. His office staff is the worst I have ever seen. They will not answer the phone or return calls when you leave a message. I have been there when there was no one else waiting, yet the phone rings and the office staff ignores it. They eat openly at the desk, and chat among themselves instead of answering the phone so you can make an appointment or ask a question. Best Physician and Best Primary Care – Dr. Kapadia is a very good physician, she is very smart. She is my primary care since last 2 years. I have visited her more then 5 times by now. All the staff is very friendly. I will never change her as my primary care unless I move to differenct place.
Office Staff – I must first start off saying that Dr. Kim Tam is an excellent and caring physician. Unfortunately, his office staff leaves something to be desired. I can get no results from his office staff in returning calls, handling lab report results, or returning calls to the pharmarcy to refill prescriptions. I was told the that the office suffers from a lack of staffing. Does this mean I am suppose to suffer the consequences because of the lack of staff to accomodate a patient's needs or requests?
