I purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima from this location in September 2015. They hid so many damages that wouldn't surface until a few days later & weeks to come. The sales rep drove it to me in ************* after they kept it to wash *********** it. I had the worst experience dealing with service department. The cost was outrageous almost the equivalent of two months mortgage payments. My vehicle was in shop 2 weeks. I asked for a loaner vehicle. They wouldn't even grant that. I had been a customer of 12 years with them.... Plus I was getting the run around. One day I was told one thing to find out something different days later. I feel that the dealership shouldn't have charged me because the issue stemmed from 2023 recall. Nissan is selling ***LEMON*** NEW cars and doing nothing to help the customers when they break down regardless of its New or not. This is what Nissan and dealerships like this do to families like myself. One of their employees has had the police come and arrest him on criminal drug charges while at work, and he still has his job. It’s very unprofessional. This said employee has received many complaints from customers about his strange behavior while dealing with customers. He has also been pulled over for speeding and reckless driving while on the job test driving a car , which poses a threat to the safety of customers while in his care. I visited the Service Department. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Brought my car in because it wouldn't crank. Dealership all but accused me and my daugher of putting 85 flex fuel. Was told and it was documented that the Repair Department was going to clean the fuel injection. Dealership quoted me one price to fix the car, order parts without my knowledge. I really believe to cover up something they did. Service Manager got mad because at this point, I don't trust them. I visited Carolina Nissan car dealer on Saturday 29 January 22, to purchase a new car, they increased $10,000 above the marked MSRP which was $43,835 and cited me a MSRP of $53,835. I don’t know why this dealer is doing that though other dealers I have been to have not made any such huge raise in the price of a Nissan car.
I purchased a vehicle in late February of this year and was told that the vehicle that I was purchasing had all of the amenities that the vehicle that I was trading in had. When I got home I found that the vehicle did not have Apple CarPlay which I was told that it did. When I called the dealership to ask, the person I spoke to stated that Nissan Pathfinder models all did not have this but he was sure that there would be a patch that would come out for my model.
