The doctors/surgeons are excellent. I really like Dr. Leas. But that's where it stops. It is impossible to speak with any live human being when calling. Doctors will tell you that you'll get a callback that afternoon from their secretary (in this instance, Jennifer) for scheduling and nothing happens. I've had to call repeatedly to my Doctor’s secretary. She returned my call after leaving a message a day for three days. I will never go there again! Their billing and precertification departments are absolutely terrible. My wife had a procedure in September of 2021. They did not pre-certify the procedure properly and the insurance company assessed a $233 penalty on them because of this. The insurance company deducted that amount from the negotiated rate that they were to receive. What was CNSA solution? They sent me a bill for $233! I have spent hours on the phone with them and my insurance company trying to understand what was going on.... read more

I had dealing with a back issue for about 4 1/2 years. I was referred to Dr. Cheatle by another doctor in the same practice Dr. Welshofer (Who is awesome by the way). Dr Cheatle was fantastic to meet and have care for you. I liked his confidence and his knowledge. Surgery was performed and a have had a wonderful results. My back pains are gone and I am just 4 weeks out of surgery. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr Cheatle.
