Awesome experience! I received a cavity fill in today and was very nervous but the assistant and doctor made me feel at peace and talked me through everything. I didn't feel the needle injection or discomfort from the drilling! I highly recommend dentistry of the Carolina's south charlotte!
It's nice to walk into a dental ofice with smiling genuine faces and this dentist office offers southern hospitality and caring faces. Their is a new woman that just joined the team, who is a dental assistant, and went above and beyond for me so I could understand exactly what was going on with my teeth and if the ones that needed filled in would be worth spending my hard earned dollar on, or if it was going to be useless and have to be extracted anyway because of my consultation I had a yr back with the orthodonist. I always get first rate care when I come to that office. Been with Dr. Walsh since the early 1990's. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Angela Deason is an excellent dental hygenist.
Today's appointment was very pleasant. The Dr took the time to explain every procedure that was being conducted. He also did more work that was expected because he had a patient that had cancel so he continued on with more fillings. I had a great experience and I was very comfortable with my treatment. quick service no long way in lobby,the dental hygienist was very knowledgeable.the dentist was helpful and very attentive.
As a patient with limited funds, and sans insurance, it was necessary that I receive the least expensive treatment. Dr. Skyler (forgive me if I misspelled this) was willing to do as I asked, use a large filling rather than the recommended a root canal and crown, sans anesthesia (which really was not a problem for me). Dr. Skyler took all the time required to address my problem, never rushing the procedure. He was MORE than fair in what he charged me, and that does not go unnoticed.
