The receptionist was very pleasant and prompt. The young man who called us back was beyond nice to my brother, who had Alzheimer's and very professional yet friendly. He made us feel very comfortable. We have seen a neurologist at Emory and needed to establish in NC. Dr Gupta was a good choice. Although she gave us the same answers as Emory she was very upfront and straight forward with us and listened to our concerns. We live quite a distance away and she offered to do a virtual visit as a follow-up, but we chose to return ... read more
