Nothing beats a hometown/local realty company. Everyone who works here is kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They work as team to figure out what is the best avenue for selling your property.
Overall not impressed. Emailed them multiple times about property with no response even after follow-ups. Not sure what response this will get but anything other than “we are sorry we didn’t follow up on our obligation” would simply be misleading. Good thing there is not a whole lot of competition in that area with respect to realtors. Update following response - i emailed you three times and apoke with the owner on their cell. Duane Cassida is not the real estate agent you want to use. This man is only after making a dollar and could care less about anything else. House was recently sold with his help, along with him representing the buying party. Talk about a mess. The communication was pathetic, information changed from phone call to phone call, and we were left in a bind. I would strongly recommend using any other real estate agent.
Duane Cassida represented my parents in selling their home. Terrible communication and did not have my parent’s best interest at heart. He represented both the buyer and seller, and conveniently the only offer they “received” was by Duane’s client. As someone who just went through the buying and selling process myself, their experience was night and day from mine. I hope this review saves someone from using him. 10/10 would not recommend.
