Like others I found it next to impossible to get ahold of someone at this practice so mostly leaving messages and then no return phone calls!!’ The only time they called me personally was when they said I had a past due balance and they refused to help me until I paid it in full which was like $1000 dollars or made payments. Yes they refused a service and an endoscopy when I was in extreme pain and had lost 30 lbs in a few weeks from being so sick because of money. Wash your hands!!!!! Not impressed by Dr. Karen McGraw. No bedside manners. Pretty rude. Doesn’t wash her hands before touching a patient.

There has to be a way to have better phone service. I have been trying to cancel an appt. for 2 days and cannot get an answer that it has been canceled. It showed up in my Patient Portal and I did not schedule it. I read where if I don't show up or cancel Appt before a certain date, I will be charged. How ironic and insulting this is as I have spent my precious time trying to cancel and still don't know if it is. There is surely a different way to handle calls. I was seen by Ryan Nelsen PA. I arrived early for my appt and was taken back right away. I was seen by the doctor right on schedule!! He was personable, attentive, empathetic, and just generally very nice. He listened to everything I had to say, never interrupting me even once! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this office!!
