Ian Wagner is the best technician I have met this year. He received an order just yesterday to deliver my medical equipment and less than 18 hours I have my orders delivered. He called me to let me know he received an order and he will be delivering it at my convenience. I gave him time to deliver and he was at my place 20 minutes earlier.
