Ian Wagner is the best technician I have met this year. He received an order just yesterday to deliver my medical equipment and less than 18 hours I have my orders delivered. He called me to let me know he received an order and he will be delivering it at my convenience. I gave him time to deliver and he was at my place 20 minutes earlier. Don't bother calling or leaving voice notes
My referral was sent to this office, had one phone call with them and they went ghost for a month while I left multiple voicemails. One month with no calls back, communication or forward movement on my issue.
This is my first time using CMS and I want to say wow, Dylan went above and beyond for me by standing by his word and delivering it to my home even if it took time out of his personal life. I recently injured myself and have been pretty depressed about it, but when he brought me the knee scooter. He said some kind words and took the time to explain any issues, set up the scooter per my injury. All in all I had a great experience with Dylan that man deserves a raise ! Thanks again
