Austin was extremely honest and straightforward during the first telephone contact and strongly suggested that I consider a different vehicle than what I had originally been interested in uying. Website showed a vehicle for sale. I scheduled a test drive online and received a confirmation email after doing so. I sent a text to the employee whose name was attached to the email when I was about halfway to their location. It was roughly a 40 minute drive for me. The employee wasn't aware of my scheduled test drive and informed me that the vehicle was sold 2 days prior. Time, fuel and effort wasted. They need to update their website daily. Im going to review pre purchase and i will review once truck is delivered. Started out a little shakey at first. But once I talked to co owner Lance issues were resolved. 1. Chance is doing a great job getting a couple of issues repaired before shipping. 2. Communicated in a timely manner. 3. Lance was very friendly on phone.
