Family member recently purchased a car here and he spoke exceptionally high of the purchase and service he received from the workers here.
I have to say that I'm completely surprised by the lack of communication with this company. I've contacted Carolina luxury by email twice, my phone twice and left voicemails and never heard a response. Other than an automated email message that just said we received your inquiry.. I wanna remind you I even left voicemails on cell phone numbers and got no response, Now I see why this place has so many bad reviews. Buyer beware. I was an out-of-state buyer and had a very poor experience with this dealership. My sales representative, Austin, assured me the car was “absolutely perfect.” When the vehicle arrived, it had clearly curbed rims. I was told the shipping company caused the damage and that I would need to handle the repair process to file an insurance claim. Later, the shipper responded and sent me photos showing the rims were already damaged while the car was still on the dealerships showroom floor. There were also warning light... read more
