Very hard to reach agents for rental properties, I called numerous times and no answer from the agents, and once I got in touch due to texting I was told they could pick up the phone right now. I don't think the property owners would like the fact that there home is being delayed on renting due to lazy or unorganized agents

Roby has always been a professional. He manages 2 of our rental properties and we have never gone longer than 1 month without tenants. He's been our property manager for 5 years. We've actually kept our tenants in both properties for the last two years. Very grateful. He is attentive to our properties and we have recommended Roby and his company to others. I would recommend Roby and Carolina Living to anyone looking for a solid property manager or real estate agent. He'll do the job well and make sure all parties are happy.
Carolina Living is excellent as a property manager. We have the experience of both sides of this company as we rent from them and they also manage a property we own. Excellent service, reasonably priced, great customer care. Roby, the owner, is excellent to deal with. Would recommend them to any of our family/friends.
