We walked out today without seeing a doctor. We got there 10 minutes early, no one slid the glass door over to greet us. We signed in on the form and sat down to wait for our 9:30am appointment. No one was there but us. No one. 10 minutes later, the glass window slid open and a hand appeared and turned on the TV in the waiting area. First and foremost, Dr. Usmani is wonderful; however, the front desk staff lacks customer service. When you walk into the office, you're greeted by a closed receptionist window, that you can't see through! You sign in and sit. Although I know they see that someone is at the window, they don't open the window to acknowledge, to check you in or anything! So impersonal! I've been sitting here for more than 15 minutes and no one has even opened that window to grab the clipboard to check me in or strike my name off of the list or... read more
