On Monday, February 2, 2015, I began discussing with Felicia a Chevrolet Equinox that was on their lot. **This is a review for the SERVICE Department at the Carolina Chrysler Dealer. Short version: - Poor customer service - Unable to keep a schedule - Incompetent technicians Long version: The first time I took my car here for a simple oil change, we scheduled a time and I promptly dropped it off and anticipated to wait the half hour or so until it was complete and then be on my way back to work.
