Dr. Arashinagundi deserves 5 stars, but Dr. Patel and the Office Manager refused to see me to help with excruciating pain that had me bed ridden for weeks. The waiting room was empty and they were aware of my condition for weeks. I was shocked that I was refused for threatening to complain to Medicare over the phone when Dr. Patel refused to prescribe something to help with the pain weeks earlier before coming in for an appt.Dr. Patel was covering for Dr. Gundi who I had been seeing for 3 years. Dr Conner Evins is the best! From his bedside manners and very thorough he takes his time and listens to all of your needs. You’ll never feel rushed and you’ll have a doctor that cares about your well-being and you couldn’t ask for anything more from a good doctor! Dr Patel is well known as well for being a outstanding doctor as well over 30yrs so if u can see either of these 2 doctors your in great hands!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I was scheduled and seen for a routine physical, but billed for an office visit code that I had to pay over $315.00 for when my insurance would have paid for a routine physical at 100%. Jill McCreight-Nurse Practitioner and Carolina Internal Medicine would not change the coding for the billing. I will never go back to this office again. This treatment was unfair and unprofessional.
