Got a letter that I’m no longer allowed to schedule here. I scheduled an initial appointment on MyChart for a phone appointment as I have a five month old baby I have to take everywhere with me. I’m not interested in bringing him inside a clinic with a measles outbreak going on currently. Half an hour before my initial appointment, I got a call and was told I couldn’t do my appointment over the phone despite having scheduled it on MyChart with zero issue.
