They did a beautiful job tiling the kitchen, but the day after they left I spilled black coffee on the grout and the stain wouldn't come out. They said "oh you didn't tell us you wanted sealer." Then when the hardwood floor they installed started to buckle they came out twice to repair and replace the buckled pieces of oak strips (of course I had to purchase another box of oak flooring) but refused to repair anything after that. If you’re redoing your floors or own a business that does flooring, stop here! They have all kinds of things needed for flooring. The staff were very helpful and gave me several options . They have a lot of other things also but I was focused on flooring. Great place when doing renovations.
Several months after installation we had some seam cracking around our bathroom tile installation. Carolina Interiors had someone out within a few days of our call and the minor repair was preformed to our complete satisfaction. Excellent follow up service!
