Typical doctor visit... Arrived 15mins early for appt, visit didn't happen until 1hr after appt time. Normally I can deal with this fairly well, but the patient I was bringing in was an 87yr old patient. The logistics alone are hard enough, waiting for 1hr past appt time with a senior is a whole 'nother story. We as patients are supposed to arrive 15mins ahead of appt, the office should be closer to "appt time" as well. I understand things happen... alternative measures should be in place.
