This office is a mess Dr.chima you need to get that office manager Christine out of your office she has been dismissing patients from your clinic and you not even fully knowing the patients situation, she just brings you dis charge paperwork that follows you guys guidelines and not even explain nothing else to you to get that patient dismissed from the clinic. Had an appointment scheduled for 9:30. Arrived at 9:00 because it was first time so needed to complete paperwork. After completing 2 others showed up and was called to the back. I asked about me still waiting and I was told we’re just waiting on a room. Not understanding. Not satisfied at the moment.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They always have a joke to tell you to make you laugh. The phlebotomist,she's very gentle and caring about her patients. My doctor, Ms. M is what I call her she's very concerned about her patients as well. I love them

The "scheduling manager" Kristina couldn't be less professional, she not only lied to me multiple times about my phone "not accepting calls" but then when it did magically work again for her she made an appointment for me twice and NEVER TOLD ME WHEN THE APPOINTMENT WAS. She couldn't be bothered to simply give me a call and just say the date and time of my appointment, so obviously I never made it to those appointments.
