I do not like to give 2 stars to any business, but I am not sure that I can do anything more than 2. The business is very much disorganized and had a difficult time in answering questions about the homes they sell. I was given a master key to all the models on site and I walked through mud and water up to my shins by myself to see the model homes...when I returned to the office and was attempting to get a few questions answered by the associate, I have to say that I was not impressed by any means. We bought our home and land thru Carolina Housing and were extremely happy with our purchase. We ordered our home and the staff made it a very easy process !
