We had a major support beam break on our pergola, and I was worried about it collapsing. They sent Brad over the very next day. He found the pergola to be in imminent danger of collapse. He said he was booked a couple of months in advance, but would come tomorrow or Friday to stabilize his he pergola so it is not dangerous. I am very grateful for how responsive Brad and the others at Carolina Home Specialists have been to my situation.
Our deck (18x20) was installed by Carolina Home Specialists six years ago. It is as solid today as it was the day the crew finished. The crew started and finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. It is so solid, it feels like we added a room to the house. I have never had to tighten a screw or bang a nail and, at 4 feet above the ground, there is no wobble, not even in the rails on the stairs. Trex is amazing. All I do to it is pressure wash.
