We had Carolina Heating and Cooling confirm a coil leak with our Goodman unit. We were told a coil was ordered June 12th 2025. It is now Oct 22nd 2025. After calling to check in 3-4 times over 6 weeks we simply asked for an update every 2-4 weeks. We NEVER received a call nor the repair. I called today and spoke with Tracy. I’m not rating the technicians here, as we've only seen them once, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. After waiting over four months for a part that was supposedly "ordered," we were never given an update—just vague excuses. Turns out, the part was backordered, but no one bothered to communicate that until we pushed for answers. Even worse, we were flat-out dismissed as clients when we expressed our concerns.
