We are incredibly grateful for the care and support we have received. The staff is exceptionally kind and truly prioritizes the needs of their clients. They have been so flexible with our schedule and have gone above and beyond to make life easier and more manageable during this challenging time. Their compassion and dedication mean the world to us.
Horrible services, unprofessional, will invoice for services that were not actually performed. Will charge extra for holidays without being notified in advance. Abysmal communication skills with lack of professionalism from both the office manager, Kim, and Brittany. Find better care for your loved ones from a company that doesn’t take advantage of your pockets.

Fantastic company both of my parents had strokes in 2016 and both stay with me and are bed ridden. Carolina Hearts has been with me every step of the way from getting the right equipment to the correct treatment for my father who is a veteran!
