Went to Carolina Hearth and Patio to buy a remote switch for my fireplace. I was greeted by Caleb immediately he asked me what I was looking for the remote to do, and what kind of switch I had already. He took his time to show me how the remote worked and even set it up for me. The customer service was impeccable I highly recommend!

The greatest service around there were open one winter during a outage and propane was all that heated my home and they offer military discount
Excellent people, excellent work!! Carolina Hearth and Patio just completed installing a mantel above our fireplace! They had to remove existing rock, place mantel and restore with new rock. That result is superb. You would never know this work was done 6 years after home was built! Kuddos to Caleb and his entire crew! Professional, Knowledgeable and and great to work with! We give them 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

Today I had the most amazing experience at Carolina Hearth and Patio. The customer service was amazing! My husband and I were looking to purchase a gas log insert for our fireplace. We were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. We were given a wealth of information on various gas log fireplaces.
