Dr. Abby Connell has been helping me for years and is very experienced and knowledgeable about both my auditory situation and keeping my hearing aids functioning at their best. She really listens and spends quality time with me during each visit. Her staff is wonderful and open to my calling or dropping in if any questions or concerns pop up between scheduled appointments. I highly recommend this service location at Hearing Life.
They are exceedingly thorough, and exceedingly nice!
Dr. Abby has a great and friendly style when dealing with her patients. This was my first time addressing my hearing loss, and she was very patient with my lack of knowledge and numerous questions. Her staff was also very supportive....I needed to reschedule my appointments a couple of times - they never made me feel like I was imposing on them when I called. Highly recommend Dr. Abby and her staff!!!
